Evening speakers to include Nikki Owens, Charisma Coach (known for the Big Apple Experiment), Catherine Spencer, ex England Women’s Rugby Captain, Chris Harris, National Mental Health Advisor for the Prince’s Trust with 25 years of experience in mental health as a psychologist specialising in eating disorders, perinatal mental health and the prevention of youth suicide, and Lorraine Fletcher, former “WAG”, talking about how she battled depression to become a successful life coach and mentor.
